Default Menu for Wolverley Meet Saturday Meal

I have had a reply from the Queens Head and they have sent the menus and said we can have the upstairs room.

See the attached documents for the menus, she says it is possible some might change before April but she will let us know if it does.

It seems we have enough people who are interested so I think I will go ahead and book the room.

Default Room booked

The room at the Queen's Head in Wolverley has been booked for the Saturday night of the meet.

The lady at the pub would like to have an idea of what people are eating so that she can make sure she has everything ready.

With that in mind Pauline has prepared a form for everyone who is eating at the pub to fill in with their choice of meal from the menu above.

We also need to know the names you have booked the campsite under so that I can phone the campsite and request that we be put together.

If you are not dining at the pub could you please still fill in the form but put "not dining" in the section for the starters and mains.

PLEASE FILL IN THIS FORM

Hi Sotontraveller

Naughty, naughty you didn't read the thread did you?

Sorry to be a pain but could you fill in the form please, I am going to print them all out and bring them to the meet so that everyone knows what they ordered, rather than have to find all the different posts.

Here is the form to fill in.

Thanks

Thanks Kipsy, yes I've got the form, you can ask about white bread on the night, I would think it would be alright.
